5 out of 5 starsThis sign is incredible. It is very high quality. It can also fit many different styles of decor and thus makes a great gift! It was a little smaller than I expected (my fault for not paying attention to the measurements). I would still buy it over and over again though. It is also priced well when compared with other similar items, especially considering the quality!

The seller responded almost immediately with EXCELLENT customer service. Ensured delivery time and started working on it immediately. I don’t remember exactly but I wanna say the sign was on my door step three days later?!! I was blown away! Received it wayyy before I needed it. Highly recommend, it looks amazing. Just like the picture 😊

Frequently asked questions
Shipping
All orders are shipped on or before the date you receive at checkout. Please look at your receipt for this "ship by" date. The estimated delivery date is also provided before checkout and on your receipt but is not a guaranteed date. USPS will try to meet this date but it is only an estimate. Refunds are not provided due to shipping delays. Please keep in mind that once I drop off your order at the post office I have no control over it and I only have the same tracking information that you have.
Cancellation
Digital downloads can not be canceled or returned.
I will be more than happy to cancel your physical item order within the first hour after the order has been placed. Please send your request via Etsy conversations.
Orders will not be canceled once production has begun.
Mistakes/ Damages
For any problems with an order, please message me BEFORE leaving feedback within TWO DAYS of receipt. I am happy to fix it if I am notified. If I find out through negative feedback before I am able to respond with a solution, I will consider the sale finalized and that the buyer did not want any help. Therefore, no further action will be taken.
For problems, I do require photo proof to see what's wrong or for insurance purposes. Please include this in your message to me. Damaged items require photos of the packaging as well.
All orders that were shipped via USPS Priority mail the quickest way is to file a claim with the USPS. All orders shipped with USPS Priority mail are insured for the purchase amount.
Custom and personalized orders
No refunds will be issued for custom and personalized orders.
Returned orders and Delivery fees
I print all shipping labels through Etsy with the address you entered at checkout time. If an item is returned, new postage must be purchased to be sent again. You will be contacted if I receive your order.
If the wrong address is entered at checkout and I am not contacted with the correct address before shipping, I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages. USPS should be contacted to forward your package to you.
